After stumbling on this eBay auction for Cynosure #1, I saw the cover (done in 1994) with new eyes and was surprised by how odd it looks. I recall wanting to give it the feel of a children's book illustration by using colored pencils and markers. Compared to the slick computer-colored stuff out there today, it seems as ancient as a cave drawing.Check out Mile High Comics's eBay store as well as the awesome Mile High website -- if they've got copies of Cynosure, they're cool beyond words.
