After re-coloring this cover from Cynosure #1 on the computer, I think it looks much more like a mainstream comicbook. Cave drawings are still more elegant, but I think I managed to make a nice flowing design here. The eye circles around and around the page as it follows the lines of action, dips down into the V-shape of the two struggling arms, down to the tip of that blade and jumps back up. The UFO seems to nearly blend in with sky, but at it's center, the yellow energy emission looks like a glowing eye, echoed in a subliminal circular shadow in the pavement. Perhaps this comicbook is alive with some alien intelligence, observing you as you absorb its haunting coded message.
